Lunar Landing Craft?

By | Uncategorized | No Comments

lunarOK its nothing so interesting… or is it?

Recently we have been asked to provide not only lots of projectors and plasmas for sporting events but also a satellite TV feed, so this is the latest bit of tech available.

Its a Maxview VuQube fully automatic satellite dish – just plug it on, switch it on, and it locks onto the desired satellite in seconds with no fiddling with a portable satellite dish for us.

This saves time on the setup allowing us more time to get the rest of the equipment in and setup and ready for your sporting event. Yes it was expensive, but so is the rest of our kit – only the best here at Code Audio Visual.

Code AV celebrate a fantastic event for Capita in Reading

SIMS Independent 2013Its great to be working with Capita again, more events run throughout the year, but this first one is always nice to do and meet old friends.

We worked in Full HD with a 10,000 lumens Panasonic projector on a 12’ x 7’ 16:9 widescreen screen, as always we used a 50” plasma screen as a courtesy monitor which gives a great crisp image for the speakers to see without turning around to look at the main screen.

Two more 50” plasma screens were used as relay screens further down the room as well as another flown screen in the centre of the room to make sure all the delegates could see the detail on the slides.

One of our HK Audio PA systems provided good service, tied to 6 Sennheiser radio microphones and an AKG gooseneck lectern microphone.
We also provided PA systems, Tie clip radio microphones, projectors and screens to some of the eight breakout rooms.

The evening dinner was excellent, we uplit the room with purple LED uplighters, and provided a stage area and backdrop with screen for the guest speaker – Eric Knowles of Antique Roadshow fame -who provided an excellent evenings entertainment.
